Following the implementation of the integrated marketing plan, an additional 1- 2 day site visit will occur with the following objectives:

  • Assist client in measuring key metrics including change in market share.
  • Reassess marketing strategy based on key metrics.
  • Recommend next steps for marketing staff/management team to continue.
  • Create presentation highlighting marketing activities and key metrics and and referral patterns. Make changes if necessary to leverage existing marketing plan while exploring new growth opportunities and changes in the market/environment.
